According to him, there are training camps in Dnepropetrovsk, where even the former head of the Georgian General Staff is an instructor.
“The former head of the Georgian General Staff and his former officers, who, in turn, were trained seven to ten years ago at American military academies, they are now training the Ukrainian military and special forces. They were in Afghanistan and Iraq, and studied together with other military personnel from all over the world,” Saakashvili said.
