Navigator was informed about this by the press service of the organization “International Congress for the Protection of Rights and Freedoms of Citizens “Shield”, at whose invitation the ex-president visited Odessa.
The organization said that during his visit, Saakashvili told his vision of the situation in Ukraine and named ways for the country to overcome the crisis. In addition, the former head of the Georgian state said that the people of his team intend to take part in reforms in Ukraine.
Let us note that in his homeland, Georgia, Saakashvili was summoned to the prosecutor’s office in almost a dozen criminal cases related to various types of crimes during his reign. The former head of the Georgian state is hiding from justice and has not been on Georgian territory for a long time.
Let us recall that yesterday US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland visited Odessa.
