The Georgian minister will deal with the closure of hospitals and the commercialization of medicine in Ukraine
Kyiv, December 08 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – Foreigners in the Ukrainian government will contribute to the growth of poverty in the country, which will ultimately lead to a forceful resolution of contradictions between the “lower classes and the upper classes.”
This forecast was voiced by the head of the Third Sector analytical center, Evgeniy Zolotarev, at a press conference in Kyiv.

He emphasized that the biographies of foreign ministers are well known, and Kvitashvili, for example, is unlikely to do anything fundamentally different in Ukraine from what he did in Georgia.
“And in Georgia, he was involved in optimizing the healthcare network, transitioning to an insurance medicine system, that is, its commercialization,” the expert recalls. – If we look at the coalition agreement, we will see a clause there that contradicts the current Constitution, about the possibility of closing medical institutions. Then it becomes clear why there is a constitutional majority, and what Kvitashvili will do as Minister of Health.”
The political scientist predicts an increase in poverty and an increase in social problems if the provisions of the coalition agreement are implemented, which gives him reason to assume next year “the risk of a forceful resolution of the vertical conflict, which was not ended on the Maidan.”
“Given the fact that social tension will grow, it’s only a matter of time before this happens,” sums up Evgeniy Zolotarev. – If the top will win, we will get authoritarianism, tightening the screws and the “Ministry of Truth”, “MinStets”, as journalists aptly and caustically dubbed it, will become one of the links in this chain. The lower classes will win – there is a very high risk that the state may simply fall apart and fragment.”
