Georgia came to the aid of Ukrainian punitive forces
13 participants in the punitive operation, who were wounded in the conflict zone in Donbass, went to Tbilisi for treatment.
This was reported by the press service of the National Guard of Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
It is alleged that this is not the first time that militants have gone to Tbilisi for rehabilitation at the invitation of Georgia.
“This program will be held for guardsmen and their wives for 10 days at the rehabilitation center of the Georgian Ministry of Defense for the second time. The partner country offered such medical and psychological recovery to the National Guard within the framework of cooperation with the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” the message says.
In addition to Georgia, militants are also undergoing rehabilitation in medical centers in the USA, Germany, Israel, Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Turkey, Sweden, Georgia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Poland. In total, more than 130 participants in the conflict have already completed the courses.
