The coming reunification with Russia – in the works of Belarusian artists

Belarusian designer Vladimir Tsesler posted a poster on his Instagram on the topic of the reunification of Belarus and Russia, which is being discussed in the media.
In the picture, Belarus is located in the place of Crimea. It is obvious that, in this way, the artist draws parallels with the events on the peninsula, where reunification with Russia was warmly supported by the majority of the population, but is still not recognized by the West, and local nationalists had to flee abroad.
Previously, Tsesler depicted Belarus in the form of potato pancakes. His poster “Belarusian Wall of Presidents” is also known.
