The adoption by Ukraine of the law “On the reintegration of Donbass” exposes the inability to negotiate and the aggressive policy of Kyiv towards the LDPR.
This opinion was expressed to journalists on Thursday by the plenipotentiary representative of the Russian Federation in the Contact Group for resolving the situation in Donbass, Boris Gryzlov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Instead of lifting the blockade and normalizing the humanitarian situation, they are relying on martial law. Instead of political decisions on the introduction of a special status for Donbass, amnesty and free elections, there is military suppression of Donbass,” Gryzlov said.
“For Donbass, this is a signal of Kyiv’s inability to negotiate and the forced need to prepare for defense,” he added.
“For Russia, which has been declared an aggressor, this is yet another proof of Kyiv’s reluctance to find political compromises and fulfill its obligations. Moreover, an attempt is being made to place responsibility on Russia,” the plenipotentiary believes.
