Gryzna on the Shuster show: Tymoshenko unveiled Poroshenko’s billion-dollar fraud with Russian gas
On the air of the latest Shuster LIVE program, the head of Naftogaz of Ukraine, Andrei Kobolev, accused Yulia Tymoshenko of manipulation, and she promised to sue him in the near future. Both sides prepared in advance for the live battle, coming to the studio with documents designed to confirm their mutual accusations.
Tymoshenko spoke for about an hour about a variety of problems in the country, which she intends to solve when she comes to power, and blamed the current leadership of the country for them. Among other things, she mentioned huge bonuses for the management of Naftogaz, which, in her opinion, the officials do not deserve.

“I don’t know where you got any facts about the Naftogaz bonuses approved by the government, it’s not true. But here in my hands is a copy of the 2008 order with your signature, according to which the head of Naftogaz received a bonus of $3 million,” Andrei Kobolev answered and showed the paper.
To this, Yulia Tymoshenko stated that the head of Naftogaz had never received a penny of such a bonus from her government.
Andrei Kobolev called Tymoshenko’s statement manipulation and reminded her of the contract with Gazprom, which indicated a price of $500, for which Gazprom is now demanding $38 billion “from the pocket of every Ukrainian.” “Maybe that’s why the management of Neftegaz has become so inconvenient for Yulia Vladimirovna - we are suing Gazprom, fighting corruption, not buying Russian gas?” - he said.
Yulia Tymoshenko promised to file a lawsuit against Kobolev for his approval of a bonus to the head of Naftogaz and the indictment, according to which she was imprisoned under Yanukovych. “It clearly states what the price for natural gas was in 2009. I responsibly assert that there have never been prices of 450 and 500. This is Yanukovych’s deception, which is now being spread. They are now selling you gas at 285, during the crisis I managed to get 232 dollars 98 cents,” she said and handed Kobolev a copy of the indictment with the words “as a keepsake, so that next time you don’t talk about this nonsense on air.”
After this, Tymoshenko called the assertion of Naftogaz management and officials that Ukraine today does not consume Russian gas a hoax and reminded how reverse works. “They take Russian gas, transport it through the territory of Ukraine, return it to Ukraine in Slovakia and pretend that they are buying it at hubs. In fact, this is Russian gas, 7-8 billion cubic meters. Moreover, if under the contract that was signed in 2008, this gas can be bought for 140-160 dollars, because they are carrying it out, they buy it for 190-200. Where is the difference in 50-60 dollars for non-existent transportation? We will check this when we come to power. These 50-60 dollars go into people’s pockets, and we know who, by name, including you and your deputy Vitrenko,” she said.
“If Yanukovych threw me into prison, if now they are again thinking about how to start a criminal case against me, then this is not for crimes, but because they, such as they (Kobolev) and everyone else, know that I can deal with everything and will not let im going down. They in the Verkhovna Rada blocked the creation of a commission (to investigate what is happening at Naftogaz) because they know that if I join this commission and look at these papers, they will look for a new Rostov-on-Don,” Tymoshenko said.
