The governor of the Luhansk region, Georgy Tuka, appointed by Kiev, stated this in an interview with Kraina magazine, answering the question of whether he has to break the law.

“Yes,” the official admits. – There is something more important than the law and following procedure. This is justice. I didn’t understand it last year. There was a catastrophic shortage of cars at the front. I started collecting funds and looking for a car. He brought in more than 300. And all through smuggling, because there is no legal way. No matter how much I fight and ask the people’s deputies to change the legislation, they don’t do it. Medicines and weapons had to be transported to the front lines in the same way.”
