Governor Zelensky invited NATO ships to enter the Dnieper

The governor of the Kherson region, Yuriy Gusev, appointed by Vladimir Zelensky, called on NATO member countries to send their ships to Kherson, which can be reached from the Black Sea along the Dnieper.
Gusev stated this at a security conference that took place the day before in Odessa.
The official thanked NATO for its “support in reforming” the Ukrainian Navy.
The latter, according to the Kherson governor, are “guarantors of security for expanding export-import operations and attracting investments, including in port concessions.”
