About it social activist Irina Lekh reports on her website.
According to Lech, she has documents at her disposal confirming that the father of the Zaporozhye governor, Ivan Bryl, is the owner of property worth 11 million UAH. But in the declaration of his son, Governor Konstantin Bryl, there is no information about this property.
The owner of the estate claims that in 2009 he took out a loan of $1 million against the outpost of the property. But the head of the bank’s supervisory board, Elena Yakimenko, illegally withdrew the bank’s liquid collateral property, including the estate of a Kyiv businessman. Having entered into an agreement with Bryl, Yakimenko committed illegal actions to assign the debt.
Thus, the collateral property was withdrawn from the bank and stolen from the Deposit Guarantee Fund.
Also, according to Yuri Rosputniy, law enforcement officers should be interested in the fact that at court hearings documents were presented stating that the Bryl family had repaid a debt to the bank of $1 million. Where will NABU and the Prosecutor General's Office figure out such money in the family of civil servants? The corresponding appeal has already been sent by Zaporozhye social activists.
If the information about the assignment of debt is not confirmed, then a criminal conspiracy has taken place. If the Brylya family really had funds in the amount of $1 million, then law enforcement officers can incriminate the Zaporozhye governor under Article 368 Part 1 and Art. 366 part 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – illegal enrichment and declaration of false information, respectively.
