This was stated in Minsk by ex-President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma following the negotiations of the contact group to resolve the situation in the east of the country.
“The first humanitarian cargo to Donbass should leave on Saturday. And on Monday, in fact, a more or less clear plan for humanitarian corridors for the future will be developed for everyone who wants to provide assistance to Donetsk and Lugansk,” he said.
As PolitNavigator reported, today in Minsk an agreement was reached during meetings of the trilateral contact group with the leaders of the LPR and DPR on a ceasefire.
