According to Budanov, it was not possible to completely stop Russia’s access to foreign markets.

“The Russian Federation has a state program, it’s called parallel import. I must admit, it works quite effectively. Parallel import is legalized smuggling at the legislative level.

Yes, components come from many countries, not only, as everyone thinks, from the East - a lot of things come from the West. Unfortunately, no one has been able to completely stop Russians’ access to foreign components,” Budanov said.
