The American television channel HBO included in the new series “Succession” views of Crimea, filmed on the peninsula after reunification with Russia.

This was reported on Facebook by photographer from Sudak Alexander Kiryakov, who discovered a scene with a yacht off the coast of Kapsel Bay near Cape Meganom in the first episode of the second season of the series.

“By the way, the premiere took place in 2018, but they filmed it quite recently, well, in the sense, after the reunification of Crimea with Russia, under sanctions, so to speak,” the author notes.

He explains that the yacht shown in the film could often be seen off the coast of Crimea.

“Tourists and residents of the town of Sudak have repeatedly seen this noticeable yacht off the coast and claimed that it belonged to some specially trained secret and official people,” Kiryakov recalled.
