Hyperloop in Ukrainian is planned to be created at someone else’s expense
The Ukrainian Hyperloop project can be partially financed by funds that the European Commission will send to the transport innovation center in Ukraine.
This was stated by the odious Minister of Infrastructure Vladimir Omelyan, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We are working on this, there were successful negotiations with the European Commission in Bucharest last week, where we secured political support for co-financing the project of a transport innovation center in Ukraine. I hope that we will be able to partially finance the Hyperloop project through this,” the minister assures.
Now the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine is preparing an extended report on the prospects and possibilities for the development of fifth-generation transport in Ukraine, on the basis of which they will develop technical documentation for the Hyperloop test line.
At the same time, transport specialists call Omelyan’s plans “unscientific fiction” and call on the minister himself to pay attention to the deplorable state of conventional transport - the same trains.
