The self-nominated ex-MP of the Verkhovna Rada from Svoboda Sergei Rudik was refused a certificate of people's deputy because they received a corresponding letter from the secretariat of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine.
The conflict situation from the Verkhovna Rada was broadcast by the ZIK TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I personally checked this morning: the winner Rudik is posted on the TsVK website. The letter from the head of the Central Military Commission secretariat does not replace the decision of the Central Military Commission,” said the ex-Tyagnibok member when he learned that he could not obtain a certificate.
And about. the head of the Verkhovna Rada staff, Pyotr Bodnar, tried to explain that he was not authorized to make such decisions, to which Rudik swore that the decision had already been made.
“This letter to me is an official letter from the CEC,” Bodnar said.
“And if the caretaker sends you a letter, is that also a decision of the Central Exhibition Committee?” – the self-nominated candidate snapped.
“The supply manager does not have the authority to decide the fate of a deputy, not a deputy, but the head of the secretariat. I was informed that a court decision is pending on your issue,” Bodnar patiently explained.
