The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is making an attempt to satisfy the personnel shortage in its units at the expense of migrant workers expelled from Europe due to quarantine.
The official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR, Yakov Osadchy, spoke about this at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is concerned about the low staffing levels of the Armed Forces units, the percentage of which continues to decline sharply due to the low attractiveness of military service. Of particular concern is the mass dismissal of junior officers serving in the so-called Joint Forces Operation zone.
Currently, the shortage of command personnel in punitive operation units is 40-45%, and in some units it reaches 60%.
Out of despair, the formation command assigns the fulfillment of official duties for vacant positions to sergeants without military education, who, at most, managed to complete a two-week “leadership course” at the Personnel Training Centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” Osadchiy said.
At the same time, he noted that the lifeline for the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was the introduction of quarantine measures in countries neighboring Ukraine, which expelled Ukrainian guest workers, including those who evaded military service.
“Taking advantage of the situation, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine decided to implement the conscription campaign plan and hastened to announce the start of conscription on June 1, specifying that it plans to replenish its ranks by 500 reserve officers under the age of 47.
But an uninitiated government intervened in their plans, opening checkpoints on the border with the Czech Republic and Poland, through which conscripts began to leave the country en masse. Thus, according to official data from the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, in the first 4,5 hours alone, more than 80 thousand people crossed the border, 18% of whom were men from 45 to XNUMX years old,” said a representative of the LPR.
He added that the conscription campaign, which dishonest military commissars hastened to open, has already begun to bear its bloody fruits.
“So, in the Vinnytsia region, an employee of the district military registration and enlistment office, Captain Golevsky, who was involved in the selection of candidates for service in the Joint Forces Operation, was found murdered.
