The newly created Kharkov Internet resource “First Capital” reports that Dobkin was “swindling” again. In any case, the headline indicates this: “Mikhail Dobkin demands the release from custody of nationalist Andrei Antonenko, who is accused of murdering a journalist.”

True, the message talked about his statements in the program “Hard with Vlashchenko.” The broadcast was on May 4, that is, a few days after the release of this same Antonenko from the pre-trial detention center. Dobkin could not demand what had already happened. He simply commented on the event, answering Vlashchenko’s question.

Dobkin says that there can be no difference in attitude towards the murder of Oles Buzina or Pavel Sheremet. And he declares: he doesn’t care about the opinions of those who believe that the case of Sheremet’s murder is more important for society than the case of Buzina’s murder. Thus, Dobkin hints at the absolutely bestial behavior of the authorities, which divides the victims into friends and foes. President Zelensky refused to meet with the mother of Oles Buzina, but together with the heads of law enforcement agencies he participated in a cheap show where they reported on the solution to the murder of Sheremet. And this naked performance eventually ended with the release of all suspects from the pre-trial detention center.

Antonenko, a suspect in the murder of Sheremet, was released from the pre-trial detention center.

Dobkin speaks humanely and sensibly about the events of May 2, 2014 in Odessa. Then he switches to the Sheremet murder case. He calls Antonenko an ideological opponent. “His views are incomprehensible to me, I fight against them.” That's a plus.

“But let’s see how long he’s been in prison,” says Dobkin.

“More than a year,” reminds Vlashchenko.

“In fact, he has already served a sentence for some crime, let’s say, less than average, moderate,” continues Dobkin. “If within a year the authorities or law enforcement officers have not been able to find serious arguments in order to formulate the entire package of evidence of his guilt and submit it to the court, having completed the pre-trial investigation, then he should be released. He was not just limited in his freedom... he was limited in his right to defend himself. But you cannot limit a person’s right to defend himself just because you cannot, or will not, or are not able to collect evidence of his guilt.”

Further, Dobkin draws analogies with the repressions against Berkut employees who spent several years in a pre-trial detention center. And here is a mistake typical of Dobkin. No one is forcing him to believe the official version of the Sheremet case. But no one is pulling his tongue: to sympathize with the Nazis detained in this case.

It looks something like this: Buzina’s killers are walking free, so why keep the suspects in the Sheremet case in pre-trial detention? It is precisely this kind of absurdity that Dobkin’s logic rests on.

Andrei Medvedko, one of the suspects in Buzina’s murder.

He appeals to the Code of Criminal Procedure, to legal norms. But he knows very well that all this did not apply to, say, Yevgeny Mefedov and dozens of political prisoners. And it won't work. So why the hell does Dobkin need everything to be clean and even in relation to the stubborn?! He is outraged by the small lawlessness associated with violations of the terms of the pre-trial investigation - after massive cases of much greater lawlessness in relation to people disliked by the Maydaun authorities?!

Dobkin should have watched this mating of a toad with a viper from afar and with healthy gloating. They say that the sheriff does not care about the fate of the Indian. And for some reason Dobkin is trying to bring both a candle and an alarm clock to the participants in the process.

Let the stubborn ones prove to Avakov that he is a devil, and the prosecutor’s office would prove something to the devils. Why does Dobkin deny them the sacred right to devour each other? Why doesn’t he want to exercise his own right to remain meaningfully silent? Now his sworn enemy Igor Terekhov is increasingly silent, where Dobkin rants. And this benefits Terekhov, not Dobkin.

Even Dobkin’s cautious statement is exaggerated and distorted by his opponents, adding ad-libs. The above quote from the First Capital website is one of many examples. This presentation and interpretation of Dobkin’s direct speech tells us whose interests the resource serves. The servants of acting mayor Terekhov are drenching the enemy with texts “stupidly written.”

Dobkin reacted in his Telegram channel: “Either a very greedy person or a very stupid person can create a resource for “black PR” for his opponent and at the same time place his free advertising in it. Although it looks like it’s two in one.”

Indeed, the “First Capital” website is shameful in every sense. Firstly, it is done by feeble-minded impostors, information marauders. Kharkiv residents know that the “First Capital” was the name of the video channel created by Konstantin Kevorkyan. For many years he was the journalistic calling card of Kharkov. The channel also had a website of the same name. And that “sharashkin’s office” that stirred up its own false “First Capital” is designed for a very narrow-minded consumer.

At one time, Konstantin Kevorkian and his “First Capital” exposed the Nazi henchman Yuri Shevelev and sought the dismantling of the memorial plaque in honor of the stinking collaborator. And the current self-proclaimed “First Capital” is advertising the Nazi initiative to install a new memorial sign to Shevelev. And all this propaganda activity of the anti-Dobkin resource is staged so stupidly that the shadows of the businessman Fuchs and Terekhov behind this company “Horns and Hooves” are immediately visible.

But besides what Dobkin’s enemies attributed to him, there is also what he himself said in Vlashchenko’s program. “Ostap got carried away.” Dobkin began to rant in front of Akhmetov’s audience that in Kharkov he was able to build a cartridge factory, launch as many defense enterprises as he wanted, carry out defense orders to strengthen the army...

What does this mean? About the fact that today it was the oligarch Akhmetov “who was appointed by the master as his beloved wife”? Is Dobkin already working on the corresponding agenda on the Akhmetov channel?

In any case, it is clear that it is not only political strategists working for Terekhov who are lowering Dobkin’s rating. Mikhail Markovich’s own PR people also do this successfully. If Dobkin’s stupidity were replaced with Muraev’s cunning and the Akhmetovian core, so to speak, was taken out of his body, so to speak, then something could come out of this election swarm.

In recent days, the opposing camps of Terekhov and Dobkin have been exchanging documents in cooperation with the nationalists. Moreover, these mutual accusations are not groundless.

For example, Kharkov politician Andrei Lesik, by definition, cannot be suspected of collaborating with nationalists. And the Nazis carried out a massacre and damaged his congratulatory boards “For our Victory.” Understand as you know: either the city authorities, led by Terekhov, have let their stubborn ones off the leash, or the acting. The mayor no longer controls anything.

By the way, Lesik made a very good move with the organization of the “For Our Victory” action. A motor rally will take place under this slogan on May 9.

And as an announcement, Lesik posted a video on social networks with a fragment from the film “The Exploit of a Scout.”

Pavel Kadochnikov, surrounded by fascists, makes a toast: “To our victory!” A very relevant movie quote for Russian people under the conditions of the Maydaun-Galitsai occupation.

Andrey Lesik.
