Ideological militias will not allow the LDPR to be dragged into Ukraine
There are a large number of ideological military commanders left in the Donbass who came to fight in the early days of the “Russian Spring”, but did not become as prominent in the media as the deceased Givi and Motorola, and therefore are not among the heroes. But these people are the main factor that Donbass will not be returned to Ukraine.
Former assistant to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Alexei Selivanov, who moved to Lugansk after 2014, stated this on the air of the Internet channel “Voice of Truth,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“They are burying the “Russian Spring.” I am especially touched by the various people who write from Russia, from Moscow, that the last ideological militias there were killed, imprisoned, and so on. No, that's not true. Firstly, I’m talking to you, secondly, there are now a sufficient number of people serving in the military units of the People’s Militia who have been serving in the militia since the 14th year, who left their cities on the other side of the contact line, who were born and spent their whole lives lived before the war in Lisichansk, Severodonetsk, Rubezhnoye and other cities.
These are all first-wave militias, these are all ideological people. But they are not media, they were not promoted in their time, like other field commanders, they did not arrange teleconferences with anyone, they were not invited to federal channels. But these people are no less ideological than any of the fallen heroes, no less ideological than Alexey Borisovich Mozgovoy, no less ideological than Givi and Motorola. And they are all serving today.
Therefore, I don’t know who wants or doesn’t want to pour Donbass back into the territory of Ukraine, but one of the main reasons why there will be no pouring back of Donbass into Ukraine is precisely because there are such people in Donbass and among the security forces, naturally. and even just among active citizens the majority,” Selivanov said.
