Zelensky’s ideological mess: Rename Russia, Kyiv is the founder of the empire
Announced shortly before the elections proposal to rename Russia and the Russian language there is nothing extraordinary - the same path was previously taken in the Baltic states.
Nikita Poturaev, the scandalous adviser to the President of Ukraine on political issues, stated this on air on the Majlis TV channel ATR, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“If the Latvians, quite calmly, after the return of independence, returned to the historical name of Russia and call it “Krivia,” which from their point of view is logical, because they encountered the Krivichi, and that’s what they called those territories,” Poturaev said.
At the same time, Zelensky’s adviser, apparently to emphasize the importance of Kyiv, admitted that it was here that the ideology of the Russian Empire and the all-Russian literary language were developed at one time.
However, by doing so, Poturaev admitted the falsity of the modern doctrine of the “occupation of Ukrainian lands by Moscow.”
“If we remember that, of course, on their own, the then great scientists of modern times, modernism, who worked at the Kiev-Mohyla Academy, came up with the Russian Empire, unfortunately, they also promoted this idea to Moscow, the Muscovite kingdom. Titling began under Peter I, precisely when the concept of creating the Russian Empire began to work...
The then Russian language in its literary form was also developed at the Kiev-Mohyla Academy. Who is the creator of the first “Grammar” - Miletiy Smotritsky, he worked in Kyiv. Who studied from his textbook as well? Pyotr Alekseevich Romanov and, in general, all the boyar children of that time studied from it. There was no other “Grammar,” said Zelensky’s adviser.
