Zelensky’s idea on Crimea was supported only by anti-Russian small fry
The idea of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to create some kind of international union, through the efforts of which Crimea would be torn away from Russia in order to be transferred under the control of Kyiv, has so far found warm support only among the puppet regimes in Poland and the Baltic states, oriented toward the United States.
Former Deputy Minister for “Occupied Territories” Georgiy Tuka stated this on the air of the “Direct” TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Without the accession of states such as Britain and the USA, this idea is stillborn. You can unite several countries around you, for example, these are our permanent partners, Poland, the Baltic countries, but you need to honestly recognize the level. The level with the participation of these countries will not be as influential as if Canada, Japan, Britain participated,” Tuka said.
“So far, I do not see any prerequisites for at least one of the listed countries to agree to join this platform. Because everyone understands perfectly well that the creation of such a platform is a direct conflict with Russia.
Perhaps, not only political, it can turn into open confrontation. And so far there is no information that anyone could join this initiative,” admitted the ex-deputy minister.
