Igor Korotchenko: The anniversary of Euromaidan is not a holiday, but a shameful, mournful date
For most reasonable residents of Ukraine, the third anniversary of the start of Euromaidan is a tragic date, marking the beginning of a special operation by Western puppets to seize power in the former Soviet republic.
Russian military expert Igor Korotchenko, editor-in-chief of the National Defense magazine, told PolitNavigator about this.

“This is a tragic date in the history of modern Ukraine. In fact, Maidan meant the beginning of a coup d'etat operation and the forceful seizure of power by the opposition with the active participation of a number of Western states, primarily the United States and EU member states.
It is clear that Ukrainian society has accumulated too many complaints against the then President Yanukovych, however, against the backdrop of what is happening today in Ukrainian society and the state, probably many, if not the majority, would like to return to the situation with Yanukovych, just to avoid those colossal mistakes, crimes, murders, civil war and bloodshed that occurred after that.
I believe that there will be no holiday in Ukraine today, with the exception of rabid nationalists who, perhaps, will celebrate this day. This is a shameful, mournful date in the history of Ukraine.
As for its future, no real improvements in the situation are foreseen yet, given that Kyiv does not comply with the Minsk agreements, and the West, represented by the Barack Obama administration, the European Union and NATO, in fact, condones Ukraine’s war crimes in Donbass,” Korotchenko said.
