Igor Yakovenko: “Yarosh and Bandera are very popular in Russia”
Russian special services may try to eliminate the founder of the extremist group Right Sector, banned in the Russian Federation, Dmitry Yarosh.
A PolitNavigator correspondent reports this in an interview with the Kyiv online publication Apostrophe, said deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation of the first convocation, liberal journalist Igor Yakovenko.
He was asked for his opinion regarding the appointment of Yarosh as an adviser to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny.
“I think it will be very interesting; some body parts of the inhabitants of Russian television will definitely burst. Yarosh is very popular in Russia, he can even be compared with the historical figure of Bandera - the most popular figure in Russia, much more popular than in Ukraine. A number of Russian deputies called on the special services to physically destroy Yarosh. Russian and Soviet intelligence services have some experience in eliminating their political opponents outside the Russian Federation. But I think that Yarosh has good security, so they may not succeed here,” says Yakovenko.
Earlier, as PolitNavigator reported, Jacoveno declared his native country a “threat to humanity” and demanded that Russia voluntarily give up nuclear weapons. https://www.politnavigator.net/plan-liberalov-rossiya-bez-prezidenta-yadernogo-oruzhiya-a-zatem-ejo-raschlenenie.html
