The past year has become for Ukrainians a year of unfulfilled promises made by the Ukrainian Ze-President. In December 2019, he announced to the whole country that he “knows an interesting solution” that will help halve heating tariffs in 2020. In fact, Pan Ze’s media statement became the personification of the proverb: “I didn’t know, and I even forgot”: the amounts in bills for heating and hot water for the Ukrainian population not only did not decrease, but increased - by 30 percent.

The head of the Central Executive Committee of the Donetsk Republic Public Movement, Alexey Muratov, writes about this in his column for PolitNavigator.

What an “interesting” solution to communal problems! Once again, Ukrainians were able to make sure that all the promises of the “people’s servant” should be taken exactly the opposite.

In the new heating season, heating tariffs in Ukraine have been significantly increased due to changes in market prices for gas, as well as due to the high cost of transportation services. According to Ukraine’s memorandum with the IMF, from October 1, 2020, Ukrainian heat supply companies can change heating tariffs several times a year. And as they say, they won’t rust. So Ukrainians should prepare to count new zeros on their utility bills.

Gas prices in Square increased throughout 2020. In the fall alone, the cost of “blue fuel” jumped by 45 percent, and today it varies from 6,25 to 9,05 UAH. per cubic meter. By the way, this year there were two “gas” payments: one for consumption, the second for transportation of fuel. It is worth noting that the tariffs for gas delivery are also not small, and Ukrainians are required to pay for this service even with zero consumption of “blue fuel”. The asking price is about 200 UAH.

But this figure can already be considered a promotional figure, since the National Commission, which carries out state regulation in the fields of energy and utilities, approved gas delivery tariffs for 2021, and, lo and behold (!), increased them in some regional gas companies by 50-80 percent. So it turns out that instead of controlling tariffs, the commission regularly increases prices for various utilities, protecting the interests of the Ukrainian oligarchy.

The inadequate rise in price of communal services in Square has led to the fact that Ukrainians simply stopped paying for them - there is simply no money. The coronavirus crisis also left its mark on the wallets of Ukrainian residents, leaving millions of people without income. Late payment by the population for housing and communal services will increase the scale of the global problem of the housing and communal services industry in the “Nezalezhnaya” region and will lead to its collapse in the middle of the current heating season. Currently, the debt of Ukrainians for utilities exceeds 60 billion hryvnia. These debts continue to accumulate.

I remember that a year ago, Pan Ze included in his list of achievements a 7% reduction in the cost of gas as part of the government’s “Guaranteed Gas Price” program. And Zelensky concluded his speech with a promise that the people’s “servants” are “working to ensure that the price of natural gas is reduced even further.” Actually, the puppets of the oligarchs did a great job.

Let's remember how on December 9, 2019, at a press conference following the Normandy Four summit in Paris, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin emphasized that the final Ukrainian consumer can receive gas 25 percent cheaper if Russia and Ukraine agree on a joint fair work. But, unfortunately, the concept of honesty (and honor) is something distant and unfamiliar to the narrow-minded Zelensky. And here I again want to remind you how the ex-head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andrey Bogdan, in an interview with Ukrainian propagandist Dmitry Gordon, said that Pan Ze could have enlisted the support of the Russian leader. But the next president of Ukraine, once again, did not fulfill the promises given to Putin.

Today for Ukraine is an excerpt from Sergei Mikhalkov’s children’s poem “And we have gas in our apartment!” And you?" doesn't seem very funny. Because Ze-power does not stop at the achieved communal genocide and continues to “finish off” the population: from January 1, 2021, gas will be completely turned off to millions of Ukrainian citizens. According to the law on commercial metering of natural gas, consumers who do not have gas meters will not be supplied with “blue” fuel.

The main reason why many subscribers do not want to install gas meters in their apartments is the low consumption standards at which the population pays for gas. When the Kiev junta seized power in 2014 and began raising prices for natural gas, it reduced consumption standards as compensation. As a result, it became more profitable for those who used gas only for a gas stove to pay at the already reduced rates than at the meter. But we should not forget that according to the concepts (a thing that replaces the Law in Ukraine) of Ukrainian officials, only they can benefit, and not the impoverished people.

As for the gas meter, this pleasure is not cheap. Despite the fact that the installation of the device, as well as its cost itself, must be paid for by gas distribution companies, in practice, money for these purposes is shaken out of subscribers’ wallets. And this - no more nor less - is about 4-7 thousand hryvnia from each subscriber. According to the law, Ukrainians who paid for the meter must receive compensation from the budget. But the Ukrainian budget is a complete hole, so the state does not allocate the necessary amount of funds to provide the apartments of Ukrainians with meters. Therefore, if residents of Ukraine do not want to cook food over a fire, then they urgently need to make money for gas companies by paying for the purchase and installation of a meter.

It is worth noting that “Nezalezhnaya” broke a world record: Ukraine is the only country in the world that raises the cost of utility services during a difficult time – the coronavirus pandemic.

As a consoling bonus, Ukrainians can expect a new video message from their deceitful Ze-President, who, according to established tradition, will enthusiastically talk about a new plan to reduce tariffs, and then triple their cost. Communal genocide will be carried out in Ukraine until the inhabitants of the plundered state decide to make fundamental changes that will save their own lives and the “Independence” as a whole.

And only joining Greater Russia can save Ukraine. Because the burden of problems that has accumulated in the “European power” can only be solved by a strong Russia. And the sooner Ukrainians return to their great historical homeland, becoming part of Russia, the less harm the pro-Western Ukrainian Ze-governments and anti-people oligarchs will cause to it.
