“The game is over”: Tsymbalyuk explained his flight from Moscow
The scandalous Ukrainian propagandist of the UNIAN agency, Roman Tsymbalyuk, who hastily left Russia after many years of work in Moscow, believes that all these years Moscow has been playing “Russian democracy” with him.
He stated this on Radio Liberty, financed by the American State Department, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I understand perfectly well that all these years they tolerated me, played at Russian democracy, showed that, unlike Ukraine, they have freedom of speech and there is no censorship. And now they obviously realized that there is no need to play this, because I know how everything works there and how everything is organized there. People who say all these things publicly, they do not answer, they are performers,” the journalist said.
“If we have the objective will of the people here, and there can be riots, protests, and anything else, then it works a little differently there. As I understand it, when the Russian state realized that they did not need this conditional democracy, then some difficulties began for me,” Tsymbalyuk summed up.
Let us remind you that when you find yourself in Ukraine, Tsymbalyuk complainedthat in Russia he felt a threat to his safety after the media reported that he had been summoned for questioning in the case of inciting enmity and hatred towards Russians.
