“Their task is to die”: Yekhanurov announces the death of Poroshenko and Tymoshenko
The political force of the former President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, as well as the “Batkivshchyna” of ex-Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, will finally “bury” themselves in the current parliament of the country.
Former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuri Yekhanurov stated this on the Internet channel InterVizor, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the politician, the political days of Tymoshenko and Poroshenko are ending, which cannot be said about the Opposition Platform, which has more significant support in society.
“I believe that they came to the Verkhovna Rada of the current convocation as if they were a hospice. Their task is to die, and they will do it successfully. “European solidarity” of Petro Poroshenko will begin to collapse immediately. They just need to understand that the process has already begun. “Batkivshchyna”, I think that they would be normal social democrats, it’s hard for them to pass, they are an authoritarian party, for this they need to change their image and leader, but it’s impossible to change the leader, so their task is to die.
Vakarchuk’s “Voice” is a modernized “Self-Help” that will not have any influence. They generally need to dissolve, come in and work together with the ruling coalition, ask to be given a committee or a ministry, and that would be normal. The “opposition platform” will last a little longer because serious money will be poured into it. Still, Boyko is an intelligent person, he has authority among a significant part of society,” said Yekhanurov.
