Illarionov: A Biden-Putin alliance against Ukraine has been formed
During the latest negotiations between the presidents of the United States and Russia, the leaders of these countries decided the fate of Europe at the expense of Ukraine.
Former adviser to the President of Russia Andrei Illarionov, who emigrated to the United States and became a critic of the Kremlin, said this on the TV channel “Ukraine 24”, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Illarionov compared the negotiations between Putin and Biden with the “Munich agreement” of 1938.
“What we have seen over the past week and what we will obviously see in the coming week and weeks is an attempt to implement a new Munich agreement, but now the victim, obviously, is Ukraine. We see how, unfortunately, the claims of Putin, the aggressor against Ukraine, Georgia and other countries, were heard, understood and accepted by the Biden administration,” Illarionov said.
“And we see that during this video conversation on the 7th, the preliminary agreements that were reached between the two parties regarding the formation of, frankly speaking, a Biden-Putin alliance against Ukraine took place. The solution, as it seems to Biden or anyone else, is the security of Europe and the world at the expense of the security of Ukraine,” Illarionov concluded.
