“The imperial consciousness of the Russians and nuclear weapons are the guarantors of the integrity of the Russian Federation” - Kiev political consultant
Ukrainian dreams of the collapse of the Russian Federation will remain dreams, since none of the contenders for the post of head of the Russian state will ever give up nuclear weapons, and the West is not interested in the collapse of a country that has such a status.
Ukrainian political consultant Alexander Kharebin said this on air on the Alpha Media channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I don’t really believe in the collapse of the Russian Federation, we all know the number of memes, desires, ambitions that the Russian Federation will collapse. We are taking the Don, we are taking the Krasnodar Territory - all this, of course, is very beautiful, very important. But we cannot say what we will do with all this when it all falls apart, we are not ready. I don’t believe it yet,” said the Kiev expert.
He stated that the main problem in this matter is Russia’s nuclear status.
“The main problem is nuclear weapons. The West cannot now afford to allow the Russian Federation to disintegrate into any parts. On a national basis - Siberia will go to the Chinese or the Siberian people (I am being ironic), or the Siberian elites. That is, the West wants to control the proliferation of nuclear weapons.
Negotiations between the United States and the Russian Federation on control of offensive nuclear weapons indicate exactly this. America wants to negotiate so that nuclear weapons do not spread. At the same time, if we want to say or we understand that the West must allow the collapse of Russia, then this must be looked at through the prism of disarmament, the loss of Russia’s nuclear potential. Then we can talk about it,” the Ukrainian reasoned.
“But not one of the Russian imperials, and this is any of the Russians who claim the position of president of the Russian Federation, will, by definition, be an imperial. Because that’s how they are structured today, that’s how it happened there,” Kharebin explained.
