The property of Krymgaz will be forcibly purchased
Simferopol, September 02 (PolitNavigator, Kirill Boyarin) - The Government of Crimea adopted a resolution on the forced purchase of all property of the Krymgaz company in the interests of the republic and on the introduction of a temporary administration at the enterprise.

Compulsory redemption will be carried out after assessment and compensation of the value of the property.
“The procedure is forced, but we cannot sacrifice the interests of people. Only a state organization will carry out such activities on the territory of the Russian Federation. At the same time, the cost of the redemption will be determined by an expert commission, but not higher than the cost of acquiring these assets from the state,” noted the acting Minister at a meeting in the Council of Ministers. Head of the Republic Sergei Aksenov.
This resolution of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Crimea must be implemented before December 1 of this year.
Let us recall that in September 2012, the company of the Ukrainian oligarch Dmitry Firtash, Gaztek, won the privatization competition for the sale of 24% of the shares of the Krymgaz company.
On July 29, former Deputy Prime Minister of Crimea Rustam Temirgaliev, in an interview with the Rossiya 24 TV channel, criticized the State Council’s decision on the forced purchase of objects of strategic importance - i.e. actual nationalization of the property of Ukrainian private companies.
“Natural monopolies, such as Krymgaz, Krymenergo and a number of other companies have private shareholders, and these shareholders, as a rule, are located in Ukraine. From my point of view, at the first stage it was necessary to come to an agreement with these shareholders if there was any discussion in terms of pricing of these natural monopolies. But I think that in the very near future common sense will prevail, and yet this bill will be canceled,” Temirgaliev noted.
“I also had conversations with representatives of a number of natural monopolies, with the shareholders of these companies... Of course, Crimea in this case may find itself in quite complex judicial practice, in particular, including at the federal level - here in Moscow, lawsuits may be filed recognizing this or that decision of the Crimean authorities regarding the privatization of natural monopolies as nationalization,” added the disgraced politician.
