According to the diplomat, Ukraine does not have as many resources as Russia to attract “the whole world” to its side.

“As for India and China, they immediately told me on principle that they would not vote for this, since they did not want to consider issues of human rights and conflict rights at all on the New York platform. They propose to consider this only in Geneva. They have a fundamental position, they will never change it, because for them it is a matter of national security. Here we won’t have a shift... We don’t have a real possible resource for the whole world like Russia, as they say, to spud up,” Klimkin said.
