The information campaign about Navalny’s “poisoning” was prepared in advance
The aggressive information campaign against Russia launched by Germany and picked up by other Western countries around opposition blogger Alexei Navalny, allegedly poisoned by Novichok, gives the impression of a pre-prepared special operation with the aim of introducing new anti-Russian sanctions.
Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova spoke about this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
"We already gave many examples – and Salisbury, and what was happening in Syria with the alleged use of chemical weapons by the official authorities and the notorious “White Helmets” with endless setups and manipulations, and Iraq was remembered with test tubes, and I will give you another example. It is not directly connected, as the NATO Secretary General said, with chemical warfare agents, but for some reason an internal parallel arose for me.

She recalled that the Russian ambassador turned to the German side and was ready to “with lightning speed” transfer all the materials to Moscow so that it would be clear what was being discussed, but nothing was given to him.
“Immediately everyone ran to the microphones and as if they had rehearsed everything in advance, as if this information campaign had been prepared in advance, all that remained was to press a button so that these statements would fly around the world, which would be reprinted and replicated... Perhaps the whole story is only about the fact that somewhere some measures have already been prescribed that frightened us. It was just necessary to somehow justify it and start implementing it all,” Zakharova suggested.
