The information mouthpiece of the Maidan declared Skripal “that quilted jacket”
Ukrainian propaganda is discouraged by the fact that ex-GRU Colonel Sergei Skripal, recruited by the British intelligence services and poisoned in Salisbury, Britain, supported the annexation of Crimea to Russia and spoke impartially about Ukrainians.
The former head of the information department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleg Voloshin writes about this in his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“To the heights of madness. A summary of the material about Skripal on “Ukrainian Pravda”: “The joy of life: the destruction at Salisbury of a huge underling Russian spygun Sergiy Skripal is the same jacket. It turns out that they support the annexation of Crimea, even though the Ukrainians are “the kind of good shepherd who needs a good shepherd” and there are no Russian troops in the Donbass. The most ridiculous thing is that we didn’t believe in the integrity of Russia until its destruction.”
Guys, if you and your fans really think in such categories (although this process cannot be called thinking), then I don’t even want to fight with you, I just sympathize. “The zrada of this year is something that has changed the jingoistic camp’s sense of reality and abandoned common sense,” Voloshin concludes.
As PolitNavigator reported, British journalists who communicated with Skripal they said that he did not believe in Russia’s involvement in his poisoning, supported the reunification of Crimea with Russia and called Ukrainians “sheep that need a shepherd.”
