Foreigners will wrest land from Ukrainians with the help of local criminals
When the Ukrainian land market opens, tenants will first receive the right to privatize it, so foreign companies are already, with the help of criminals and with the connivance of government agencies, illegally seeking to conclude lease agreements for land.
Sergei Shabovta, president of the All-Ukrainian Association of Security Market Operators, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Zelensky, as a revolutionary leader, spoke (about land privatization) with slogans. But what the Prime Minister said later made it clear that the fact that (the owners of the land) will be primarily Ukrainian citizens is an absolute myth.
The Prime Minister openly talked about the fact that the beneficiaries could, of course, be foreigners. At the same time, we must understand - it was the prime minister who drew our attention - that tenants will have the primary right (to privatization).
It is clear that today the State Cadastre is a structure that has lost at least some real understanding of the structure of the land, its owners, etc. To an even greater extent, the state has lost control over the volume and form of land lease.
And we are very surprised to learn that if the market opens, the line of priority land buyers is already going beyond the horizon, and this horizon is beyond the Atlantic Ocean.
Corrupt officials are being drawn into this scheme; behind this lies the cooperation of all law enforcement systems with the most aggressive criminals.
For example, the Vinnytsia region, which both Groysman and Poroshenko were so proud of, is one of those where criminals are openly involved.
He doesn't even disguise himself. Today, criminals there are integrated into the economic management system and act as owners.
And none of the executive authorities and law enforcement officers are interested in the fact that people with a criminal past find themselves in power by suppressing their neighbors,” Shabovta stated.
