Public figure Alexander Skubchenko stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We don’t have a rural development program. Do you think that now foreigners will come and develop the village? For what?
Everything is automated for them. They don't need our peasants who live in the villages.
Therefore, no development of the village will happen with the sale of land,” Skubchenko concluded.
