“In the village of Maksimovka, on the basis of a preschool institution, a psychoneurological hospital will be opened for the treatment and rehabilitation of military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to the hospital staff, they are increasingly receiving military personnel with mental disorders after taking potent psychotropic substances.

Apparently, even the most radical of Ukrainian nationalists have to risk their own health by increasing the dose of “Islamist combat drugs” to continue the destruction of their own people,” Basurin said.
