The Moscow City investor left Ukraine, but promised to return
Russian-Ukrainian businessman Pavel Fuks was detained for a conversation while crossing the border by migration service officers to clarify the circumstances, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

It is noted that in the end, after several hours spent at the airport, Fuchs was forced to fly back.
The businessman explained in a comment to the publication that he was not deported, but not allowed in because of an allegedly incorrectly filled out application form when receiving a visa.
His lawyers are now busy solving this problem.
Pavel Fuks is a businessman who was born in Kharkov, then moved to Moscow, where he lived for a long time and earned capital. According to him, he renounced Russian citizenship, and in 2015 received a new Ukrainian passport.
At the same time, on the website of the Moscow construction corporation MOS CITY GROUP he is still listed as the chairman of the board of directors. And according to open data from the Russian Unified State Register of Legal Entities, he is one of the founders of the company. The most famous project of this corporation is the Moscow City skyscrapers.
For the first time, Pavel Fuks entered the ranking of the richest Ukrainians according to Focus magazine in 2017 based on the results of 2016 - and immediately took 24th position. His fortune was estimated at $270 million.
In Ukraine, Fuchs is known for buying up toxic assets from Viktor Yanukovych’s entourage.
Earlier, the “Schemes” program reported that Fuchs flies on the same private plane with the main political support of Igor Kolomoisky - People’s Deputy of Ukraine, co-chairman of the parliamentary group “Renaissance” Vitaly Khomutynnik.
