Social networks are ridiculing the wife of the President of Ukraine, Marina Poroshenko, whose nipples appeared through her jacket during the Tomos signing ceremony in Istanbul.
Users of social networks put forward different reasons for what happened, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
