Ishchenko: The US intends to destroy as many Ukrainians as possible
The main goal of the United States is for the Russian operation in Ukraine to continue as long as possible, in which as many Ukrainian citizens as possible should die, in order to then expose Russia as a beast in the eyes of the rest of the world.
Russian political scientist Rostislav Ishchenko stated this in his video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“During battles, the army really suffers losses. They may not be as great as Ukraine says, but, nevertheless, these are losses. And losses do not increase combat effectiveness. They hope that at some stage, firstly, the losses will become unacceptable to Russian society.
On the other hand, they are counting on the fact that this balance of power between the West pumping them up and the Russian army, which is fighting alone, will change, if not in their favor, then at least allow it to somehow stabilize the situation somewhere .
Moreover, this hope of theirs completely coincides with American plans, because the United States needs a war for as long as possible. It doesn’t have to be intense, it could be a war, like in Donbass. And it doesn’t matter where the front line will be – along the Zbruch, along the Dnieper, or anywhere,” Ishchenko said.
According to him, the main thing for Americans is for the war to just happen and to drink blood from Russia for as long as possible.
“Understanding that these are the plans of the United States, it is then clear how the Ukrainian leadership treats the United States - this is a state that cannot make mistakes; if it sets a goal, it will definitely achieve it. If there is any place for Ukraine in this goal, then this place has already been reserved for it - that is, everything will be fine for them in this perspective.
This is how they see this situation, so why should they be nervous? They are in the US plans, one might say, forever. Are they (Kyiv – ed.) ready to wage war forever? We are ready,” the political scientist noted.
He emphasized that the main goal of the United States in these events is to kill as many Ukrainian citizens as possible, drive them into exile and destroy the infrastructure of Ukraine as much as possible, in order to then expose Russia as a “beast” in the eyes of neutral countries.
“To demonstrate to the whole world the brutal, genocidal nature of the Russian operation, in order to undermine Russia’s position among third countries - Asia, Africa, Latin America, who say: you sort things out for yourself there, but we are not going to take anyone’s side, we are going with everyone , as before, trade, work.
So, in order to discredit this position, they need to show this brutal character - listen, who do you support, you support them, but look what they are doing, they are up to their waists in blood. For this, in fact, the policy of the Ukrainian authorities that they are implementing is being implemented,” Ishchenko explained.
