Political scientist, president of the Center for System Analysis and Forecasting Rostislav Ishchenko spoke about this at a round table in the studio of the Parliamentary Newspaper, reports PolitNavigator correspondent.
“As for what Ukraine is facing, then, from my point of view, it can no longer face anything, because only organized education can face something. Ukraine has lost the status of a normal state even from the point of view of the Ukrainian authorities themselves. For the past six months, the Ukrainian authorities and political experts close to them have been declaring everywhere that Ukraine is falling apart or has already collapsed. They also note that there is no positive way out of this situation for Ukraine. The Ukrainian authorities state the fact of loss of control over the organizational structures of the state, and give quite convincing examples of this,” said Rostislav Ishchenko.
