The lawsuit against Navalny was supplemented with a linguistic examination at the request of Prigozhin’s lawyers
During a meeting of the Cheryomushkinsky District Court of Moscow, held on March 11, a petition was granted to include a number of documents in the lawsuit of St. Petersburg businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin against Alexei Navalny. These include a linguist’s conclusion and documents confirming the entrepreneur’s positive reputation.
This was reported press service of the Concord company.
The press release also states that Alexei Navalny was not properly notified of the meeting. The representative of the defendant, Alexey Molokoedov, stated that he does not know where Navalny is currently located; he is not in the pre-trial detention center in Moscow, where he was previously held. In this regard, the hearing of the case was postponed to April 21.
Let us recall that last week the Lyublinsky District Court of Moscow partially satisfied Yevgeny Prigozhin’s claim against blogger Alexei Navalny, who is serving time in a colony.
