Islyamov announced a plan to conquer Russian Crimea
Members of the Mejlis are demanding the creation of their own national battalions that would be ready to fight in Crimea. Mejlis businessman Lenur Islyamov stated this on the air of the talk show “The People Are Against,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He also proposed to station the “republican” SBU, Prosecutor’s Office and Ministry of Internal Affairs directly on the border with the peninsula.

“How to return Crimea. First, we must recognize the Crimean Tatar national-territorial autonomy within Ukraine unconditionally, as quickly as possible in the Verkhovna Rada.
Secondly, it is necessary to create Crimean battalions motivated to liberate the occupied territories.
Third, it is necessary to ensure that not a single Russian TV channel broadcasts in the Kherson region, and especially here in mainland Ukraine.
Fourth, it is necessary to ensure that the entire Crimean government, represented by the prosecutor’s office, the permanent mission of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the police, the SBU, are all located on the border with Crimea. The police are not located somewhere in Odessa now, the prosecutor’s office is in Kyiv, the SBU is just located, and in Kherson - they all should be on the border with Crimea, right at “zero,” Islyamov said.
