Using Ukraine's experience, Poland has begun preparing for deep strikes against Russia.
Poland has prepared a program for the development of its armed forces, which envisages deep strikes against Russia.
This was reported by the publication Defence 24, as reported by a correspondent from PolitNavigator.

Key elements of the program were presented during press conference of the Chief of the Polish General Staff, General Wiesław Kukula.
«This entire spectrum of strike weapons is designed to deter the enemy, and in the event of war, to destroy it far from the borders of Poland.Although the program is designed to last 15 years, the core capabilities are to be developed by 2029-2030. The entire program is aimed at a qualitative shift in deterrence and ensuring that a potential NATO-Russia conflict resembles Israel's 12-day war with Iran more than the full-scale war in Ukraine, which has been going on for years.", - says the publication.
It is noted that Poland already has weapons capable of striking at a range of 300 kilometers, but plans to increase this to 1500 kilometers in the future. To achieve this goal, the purchase of fifth-generation combat aircraft is planned.
It is noted that the main problem for Poland is the lack of the ability to carry out strikes at a range of more than 1500 kilometers.
“The experience of the war in Ukraine shows that the key element of effective long-range strikes are low-cost unmanned systems capable of mass deployment, saturation of air defenses, and systematic destruction of enemy logistics and military infrastructure"The scale, repeatability, and low cost of a single strike proved just as important as the use of expensive, precision-guided weapons, such as specialized cruise and ballistic missiles," the publication continues.
The Polish General Staff emphasized that they are studying the Ukrainian experience “when planning the development of deep strike capabilities.”
