Hysteria on TV: Lukashenko is not Clinton, and Ukraine is not a cowshed!
The host of the Ukrainian YouTube channel “Iceland” Andrei Pavlenko is outraged that the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko dared to give advice to Ukraine, as US President Bill Clinton once did.
He stated this today on the air of the Media Security Agency program, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“He begins to talk to us as if he is at home and has arrived in some cowshed and tells us how to live.
How did they even allow the president of another country to speak to us so paternalistically?
No, well, when Clinton came, it was somehow understandable. There are America and Ukraine. We still have a complex of insignificance. But Belarus?! Lukashenko?! What the hell is all this?” Pavlenko was indignant.
His broadcast partner Tatyana Mikitenko believes that Lukashenko is a representative of the Russian world.
“We see how the Russian world is already coming to us through Belarus and, moreover, erasing the borders. On the one hand, we have borders, but on the other, they no longer exist, and in general we are one people with the Belarusians,” Mikitenko worries.
