Former Swedish Foreign Minister Carl Bildt, known as the “bloody Swede” who supported the massacre in Yugoslavia, is one of the mouthpieces of propaganda in Europe about the events surrounding the liberal blogger Alexei Navalny and the illegal rallies he provoked.
Sergei Karnaukhov, associate professor of the RANEPA department, stated this on the Rossiya1 TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
