Sources in the Ministry of Internal Affairs named the cocaine supplier to Zelensky
President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky is a lover of relaxation, using hard drugs.
The Kiev online newspaper Strana reports this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, citing its sources in law enforcement agencies.
According to them, the police began to take an interest in this issue during the election campaign.
“Employees from several departments were involved in documenting the facts of the supply and use of drugs by Zelensky - external surveillance, combating drug trafficking, as well as experienced employees of the former Organized Crime Control Department, who transferred to the criminal investigation department and the department of strategic investigations,” says the source.
According to him, the development was classified as “Secret”.
“Most likely, this direction was worked out to obtain compromising evidence on Zelensky and his team. The results were received quickly - yes, the facts were confirmed. But there was no further development - all the materials in the case, including photographs and video recordings, then went to the top and did not result in any criminal cases or even public revelations,” the interlocutor clarified.
He clarified that first of all, a close friend of the president, Verkhovna Rada deputy Nikolai Tishchenko, whom UBOP officers have known since the 1990s, when he led a separate link in the Savlohi organized crime group and was known by the nickname Kolya Obolonsky, came under suspicion.
Tishchenko is pulled from the podium by MP Geo Leros, who reported use drugs by one of the deputies.
Sources both in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and in criminal circles claim that Tishchenko regularly supplies Zelensky and his entourage with cocaine, which, in turn, is supplied to him by several dealers. One of the stable suppliers is listed in the Ministry of Internal Affairs database under the nickname Andros.
“During the surveillance, several purchases of cocaine were recorded by Tishchenko. Nikolay purchased cocaine in fairly large quantities of 100-150 grams. These purchases took place before his meetings with Zelensky, on the eve of holidays and friendly meetings at the president’s country residences. Most likely, this was intended as a treat for Zelensky himself and his friends. Judging by intelligence information, Tishchenko set a condition for his dealers that the cocaine be undiluted
Tishchenko purchased marijuana separately, preferring the elite Sativa variety of weed. Nikolai himself is not into cocaine, but he can smoke weed for mood,” the publication quotes the police officer as saying.
Tishchenko himself, when approached for comment, refused to talk about this topic.
