Moscow, July 18 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The story of the Boeing crash over Donbass is another proof of the need to create Russian cyber troops, Russian political strategist Oleg Matveychev told Navigator.

Now all the world media are blaming Russia in order to disrupt the emerging alliance between Russia and Europe against the United States. What does this mean?
We must search for the truth, but it is useless. Let’s imagine that tomorrow we find a black box in which it is precisely recorded that the Boeing was attacked by a Ukrainian attack aircraft. So what? Not a single world media will show this. No one will need the truth, just as no one tells us that Hussein did not have nuclear weapons (and this was a pretext for attacking Iraq)!
We must spend billions of dollars on our sources of information in the world!!! We should have not only Russia Today, but a dozen radio stations and newspapers. We must invest and create a super popular global social network, no worse than Facebook and Twitter. Moreover, projects of such networks already exist in Russia, I have seen them myself. And with our money, we can promote them to the whole world.
We must draft young gamers into the army - into the information troops, and then young people will not be mowed down by the army. Let a hundred thousand eighteen-year-olds sit, create content and throw it into the world in different languages. And so two years of service.
How many times can you not understand that money should be spent not on hardware, but on brains!
Now they are going to build a bridge to Crimea for 8 billion dollars. The USA replaced the brains of 30 million Ukrainians for $5 billion. Guys, give me these 8 billion, I’ll annex all of Ukraine to Russia, and even with Poland and Moldova and the Baltic states, and you won’t need any bridges!
