The story of a mentally ill conscript from the village of Shiryaevo, Odessa region, a disabled person from childhood, who died within hours of passing a military medical examination, received its continuation. Firstly, “our blessed positive Borka,” as everyone in Shiryaevo called him, according to Boris Glushak’s passport, was buried. Secondly, After loud publicity on social networks, law enforcement officers were forced to take up the case.

And the matter is monstrous in its cynicism: They handed the trusting guy a summons, immediately, from the street, he was taken to the hospital for a medical examination, 20 minutes later they stamped him with a “pass” stamp, he had an epileptic seizure in the unit, no one provided help, that’s the end.

After the incident, the prosecutor's office in the defense sector of the Southern region began three criminal proceedings at once:

“The investigation into the actual causes of the death of Boris Glushak on the day of arrival at the location of the military unit is being conducted under the article “Murder” (Part 1 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), the department said in a statement.

Other criminal offenses are also being investigated - “Negligence towards military service» TCC employees who drafted a sick person into the army, as well as negligence in relation to representatives of the medical service of the military unit.

“Law enforcement officers are checking the timely provision of qualified emergency medical care to the recruit after an epileptic attack.”

It would be more accurate to say, “non-providing” this very help to a person, speaking about whose diagnoses, mental and physical, it is easier to say which ones do not exist.

But It’s strange that the prosecutor’s office did not mention checking the actions of the medical board doctors who recognized the sick person as fit to serve, especially in war conditions.

Let me remind you how Boris’s fellow villagers described the situation:

“A couple of calls from the military commissar to the hospital, and a person who has been inadequate since childhood, with epilepsy (accompanied by some wild boar in military uniform), with schizophrenia, passes a medical examination in two hours and ends up in a unit.”

As it turned out after the guy’s funeral, finding out his medical history was as easy as shelling pears.

“Boris was registered with a psychiatrist. According to his mother, he was constantly called for an ambulance due to epilepsy attacks. The military registration and enlistment office workers should have sent Boris for examination; you don’t need to be an expert in the field of medicine to understand that he is not healthy. But that day, the head of the military medical commission, Irina Kolontai, decided differently and signed a one-way ticket for Boris. Now Kolontai and his colleagues are cleaning all the documentation in the local hospital in order to avoid punishment,” the same residents of Shiryaevo report.

Also the mother of the deceased or, in prosecutorial language, killed Boris Glushak, provided photos of my son from the hospital, from which his permanent condition will become clear not only to a person without medical education, but even to a child.

The State Bureau of Investigation and the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets also got involved in the case:

“The death of a mobilized Ukrainian, who died upon arrival at a military unit, requires a fair investigation. I take any situation of this kind under personal control,” he said.

Zelensky also became furious, recalling that at the moment the SBU, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Bureau of Investigation, the Prosecutor General's Office, NAPC and NABU are conducting 112 (!) criminal proceedings against officials of military registration and enlistment offices. In addition, he promised that absolutely all regional military commissars would be fired.

“This system must be managed by people who know exactly what war is and why cynicism and bribery are high treason. Warriors who have been through the front, or who cannot be in the trenches because they have lost their health, lost their limbs, but have retained their dignity and do not have cynicism - they can be entrusted with this recruitment system. Commander-in-Chief Zaluzhny must implement this decision. Before the appointment of new military commissars there will be an inspection by the SBU,” – The clown in chief regained his sight after 18 months of war.

Surely he revels in his game of importance and justice (the caricature of Napoleon, in any case, worked well for him). But, looking at these antics, I want to ask the clown in chief one thing: How many of these Boreks have you already killed? How many more will you send to the next world?..
