The result of Zelensky's clownery: Elections in Ukraine turned out to be a record low turnout
The elections of mayors and deputies of local councils held today in Ukraine resulted in a record low turnout. According to the pro-Western grant-eating organization Opora, turnout does not exceed 36%.
Propagandist Dmitry Gordon on Savik Shuster’s talk show assures that such indicators are explained by the coronavirus epidemic - the population was allegedly afraid to go to the polling stations so as not to become infected. (In the 2015 Ukrainian local elections, turnout exceeded 46,5%).
Vladimir Zelensky's Servant of the People party publishes a map showing that turnout was higher in Western Ukraine.
The low turnout is the result of a lack of faith in changes after Zelensky’s betrayal, says ex-candidate for mayor of Odessa Vyacheslav Azarov.
“The scandalously low turnout in today’s elections clearly indicates that Zelensky, with his chameleonism, has achieved maximum distrust of the population in the political class. Just a year ago, people went to the polling stations en masse in the hope of carrying out war, Nazism and external control together with Poroshenko and the comprador parliament.
But that’s why actors are needed, to deceive. And by completely restoring the policies of his predecessor - rising tariffs, continuation of the war, Nazi impunity and, finally, Tomosomania, Zelensky killed the hope for democratic procedures among three-quarters of Ukrainian society.
No matter how many candidates raged on the boards and on social networks, no matter how exotic parties and new faces they proposed, the people simply did not join. And the Central Election Commission clearly saw this, so it announced the turnout only once at 17:XNUMX. Now, of course, he’ll finish the drawing, but it’s obvious to everyone that “the king is naked,” Azarov comments.
