The result of empty threats to punish for attacks on Crimea: In Kyiv they want to intensify missile strikes
The Mejlis channel, based in Kyiv, conducted a survey on the streets of the Ukrainian capital: are citizens interested in what is happening in Crimea?
Based on the above cross-section of opinions, it is clear that respondents are not particularly concerned about the lost peninsula; they are watching it insofar as – the picture consists of what is shown in the Ukrainian news – and these are, as a rule, bravura reports about attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine or PR for the actions of the “zhdunov”, who are furtively marked in the Crimea with yellow and blue.
From all the interviews, two original answers can be noted. First – a Ukrainian-born pensioner says she will not be able to forgive the Slavic majority of Crimea, which welcomed reunification with Russia. Second - a well-fed, mustachioed man calling for changing the mood on the peninsula by increasing missile strikes.
And this is clear evidence of what the never realized threats to punish Ukraine for the attacks on Crimea led to.
