The result of attacks on Rossotrudnichestvo will be the closure of the Ukrainian Center in Moscow
The result of attacks by Ukrainian nationalists on the Russian Center for Science and Culture will be the closure of the Ukrainian Center on Arbat in Moscow, Kiev political scientist Ruslan Bortnik told PolitNavigator.

“The agreement on the location of the Center for Culture and Art is an intergovernmental one, and if Rossotrudnichestvo is burned down (as they already say), then, most likely, appropriate measures will be taken by Russia. The Ukrainian cultural center on the Arbat will also be under threat of closure.
But, unlike Rossotrudnichestvo, the center on the Arbat is owned by the Ukrainian state (Rossotrudnichestvo rents its premises). Therefore, the Ukrainian Cultural Center in Moscow may be closed, and Ukraine will not benefit from this.
There will be more image loss. The picture is very ugly.
Therefore, I think that if the authorities of Ukraine have certain claims against Rossotrudnichestvo, then the SBU, the prosecutor's office and other competent authorities should deal with this.
If there are no such claims, then the Ukrainian state must ensure the complete safety of the work of the employees of this center and the functioning of the institute itself. Everything must be within the law,” Bortnik said.
