The DPR reminded Lukashenko about Khatyn
Donbass appreciates the peacekeeping efforts of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, but does not want to return to Ukraine.
Deputy of the People's Council of the DPR Vladislav Berdichevsky wrote about this in his Telegram channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I would like to remind the President of Belarus about the four million residents of the Donbass republics who have been living under mines and shells from Bandera for five years. Four million do not want and will no longer live as part of Ukraine, which glorifies the scum that burned millions of Belarusians alive in the Great Patriotic War. Understand this well, Comrade Lukashenko,” wrote Berdichevsky.
Today at a conference in Minsk Lukashenko called on the West and Russia to help the “young and inexperienced” President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky to resolve the conflict in Donbass.
In 2016, Lukashenko stated, based on archival data, that the burning of Belarusian villages with civilians during the Great Patriotic War was carried out by units of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA).
